"The first RH albums I have heared were Paradox and Moving Target. Now I can compare this album with all previously issued and to my taste it is the best. The whole album sounds like one composition, takes you and keeps into the music drive till the very end. The only stop is near the middle to let you breathe and smile at the Lounge and then to dissolve in the music again. I can't mark any song that is unnecessary or not in place. It is non-stop album that in fact is not tipical for this style of music, but if you are more then 40, if you liked Pink Floyd, Deep Purple and Uriah Heep but still didn't listen to the Royal Hunt this album is a good starting point."

Good album but not up to Royal Hunt Standard

"I like Eyewitness, its a good album, but compared to other West-era albums such as The Mission, Fear, or even Paper Blood, the songs here are somewhat unimaginative and the album as a whole is not as solid as other albums. The album resembles more Hard-Rock with less bombastic sound than Paper Blood and less identifiable/unique as The Mission. Still, there are good songs such as Can't Let Go, Game of Fear, and many others. If you're a new Royal Hunt fan though, get The Mission instead."
