"I am continually enchanted and impressed with the Saafi Brothers. Gabriel Le Mar and Mr. Kohlbecker lay down some wonderful beats. This album walks a nice line between chunky funky techno orientation and blissed out beats. Its music when to listen to when your not really into partying but feel like more than chilling. Be sure to pick it up and keep the saafis cranking. No its not terribly different from any other Saafi brothers work, but it does show modern progression and offers new windows on the saafi persona. All in all it may be a more sober view, but it is great..."

"This is a step to the left from the Liquid Beach. I think that this album has less of a certain innocence and ethereal quality than that of the previous album Liquid Beach. Even though there are many great musical findings here, and some really far out melodies and beats."
