Alex Briger is a young British conductor much in demand and at the start of a most promising career. He has worked with both Sir Charles Mackerras and Pierre Boulez, and conducted operas at the Royal Opera House and elsewhere. Briger has conducted the London Philharmonic, Orchestre de Paris, Royal Liverpool Philharmonic and Academy of St. Martin-in-the-Fields, and has been invited three! times to lead the Philharmonia Orchestra.
