"I was amazed first but the recording quality. The record shimmers with layers of guitars and Sarah Azzara's voice is as addictive as Liz Phair or Chrissie Hynde. I just can't get the first track "Like Louise Brooks" out of my head, nor do I want to. It's a pleasure to listen to such inventive material from an independent artist. Proving once again that you don't need a major label to make good music, just major talent, and it's obvious from this record that Sarah has plenty of that."

"Sarah has a really distinctive voice and the songs just stick in my head (which is a good thing, a proof-of-worth thing), especially Like Louise Brooks. Its not like it took a long time to get into them, they were charming right away, but they got better after I had more time to mull over them, for them to pop up in my head while I was doing the grocery shopping. It's perfect music for spring. For rainy days too."
