"Great album. If you don't know Saxon at this time, then why are you here? For me, this album and 'Wheels of Steel' are it. This is what I call European metal. Its raw, edgy, and just some sweet rock and roll. Pass the bowl."

"This is my favorite SAXON Lp/Cd ever released by the band

This is Saxon at their finest and they were strong here, They still are in 2007, however this era has a special place in my heart as this LP was one of the earliest lp's that really played NWOBHM at its finest

Its a must buy for any hard rock fan"

"Was there ever a better band at creating rock anthems than Saxon? One of the greatest things about this underrated band was their ability to write tunes about how great rock n' roll is. "Denim and Leather" is probably their best remembered tune, but "Strong Arm of the Law" features some great rock anthems as well. "Heavy Metal Thunder" was made to be played in a large arena, and I would love to have seen this tune played live. "Sixth Form Girls" has a great intro, and a great guitar hook. The song most familiar to fans off of this disk is "20,000 Ft.". Another great rocker, and the guitar work once again screams on this track. If you are a fan of the band, this is a great disk. If you are interested in giving them a try, this album isn't bad, but for new listeners I highly recommend either "Wheels of Steel" or "Denim and Leather" first."
