A piece of history

""Scene Killer" is an odd collection of songs performed by various members of New Jersey's thriving hard rock scene. Organized by Solarized frontman James Hogan, the album includes appearances by musicians from Halfway To Gone, The Atomic Bitchwax, Monster Magnet, Solace, Solarized, and a few others. The songs are a bit strange, but this is a picture of the NJ underground that, if nothing else, captures a moment in rock history that I'll always look back on fondly. This isn't the best introduction to Jersey stoner rock, but it's a fantastic piece for those of us who already know and appreciate it."
