CD Reviews

The Scissor Sisters have done it again!!
Wes | World Citizen, Earth | 09/12/2006
(5 out of 5 stars)

"I can only say that I am extremely excited to hear the new album after listening to this amazing new cut. It is perfect. It's fun, it has killer hooks, and the fact of the matter is this: if you don't like this song then you simply don't know a good time when you hear it. If this single is a harbinger of the quality to be found in the new cd, then it will be a lock as one of the best of 2006.

UPDATE: I have just heard the entire album, "Ta-Dah!". I'm sorry to report that it is quite disappointing. There are a only a couple of good tracks on it. It comes nowhere close to the level of excellence and consistency that marked their debut. You've been warned. Maybe you should just buy this cd single instead."
Best Song on the Album

"This is the best Disco Pop song I've heard in YEARS. I think the Scissor Sisters do the genre justice in a way that only Kylie could compete with. For a song talking about 'not dancing', you'll be hard pressed to keep your feet still or just flat out not getting up out of your seat and boogying!"
