"What a beautiful cool CD! Slow smooth ocean waves (with no birds or talking - thank you!) and a meandering soft piano. I love the soft piano music on this CD. It is not loud or too soft, but just right in my opinion and the piano music is played around the ocean waves so the two work very well together at relaxing you and helping you get to sleep. This is nothing like other ocean waves and music CDs I have bought before. This is very well done. The sound quality is excellent. I have yet to stay awake thru to the end of this CD! I highly recommend this beautiful CD and will be buying more for gifts."

"The C/D has a very relaxing and calming effect. It is perfect for listening to after a stressful day at work. Although, I'm not sure if I would recommend it to be used as a sleeping aid since the underlying music is a little distracting.
