CD ReviewsOtherworldy 09/18/2003 (5 out of 5 stars) "Yes, the ethereal voice and the melodious flow of the whole album are no less than that. Some songs are delivered in sweet melancholy, some in harmonious dynamism, but all with great passion, orginality and profession. My favorites are "Kumsalda" (beautiful dance song), "Bahcede" (puts you into an euphoric mood with the guitar solo, her incredible soprano voice and soothing sounds from nature), "Seni Sevmeye Hukum Giydim" (a romantic ballad), "Yagmurdan Sonra Gelen Topragin Kokusu" (how haunting her voice is..!), "Oysa" (amazing tango background), and the wonderful closer, "Askolsun".
All in all, wholeheartedly recommended!" |
