A terrific example of Disco era

"Hi, I'm from Germany, but nevertheless still an ardent admirer of American Disco music of the 70's and 80's, especially of the releases of SOLAR records, of course. I was really stunned when I found this CD featuring the full length lp-version of Vaughan Mason & Crew's 'Bounce, skate, rock & roll', actually one of my most favorite pieces of disco music at all. It's main theme is, by the way, still used as a sample in various songs to be composed nowadays. You wouldn't hardly expected this song to be found on this part of a series of 'Dance classics', because it's completely different from the other two tracks appearing on the cd. Even if they used to be chartbreakers in the 70's, they can't match the amazing 'Bounce, ...' at any rate. Wish I could get a cd-edition of the album containing this song (as well as Frankie Valli's 'Close Up' from 1974 with the amazing 'Swearin' to god' in its full length version). If you happen to find this CD, don't miss it.
