"I am a very new student of Tai Chi, and I was having a lot of trouble blocking out my thoughts and the distractions around me, and had trouble concentrating fully on the breathing and motions during practice. Listening to this CD while practicing, I felt like I fully experienced the flow of energy (Chi) for the first time. It was such a wonderful feeling that I didn't want to stop! I still have so very much to learn, but I feel that the music dramatically improved my concentration, and increased my confidence in going from one move to the next more naturally, smoothly and gracefully. I do not like the dramatic introduction on the CD, but it doesn't last very long at all. Keep listening, because after the short, rather obnoxious introduction the music is just wonderful. For me, it created just the right mood and is just the right speed to practice Tai Chi. This was my favorite of 3 CD's I bought for this purpose."
Cyclical, Energetic

"A resounding grandeur acompanies the beginning and end of this meditative work. Its ebb and flow of melody excites and eases tension, pulling you along its intricate path, only if you wish to follow. This path is wrought mainly with strings, with little precussion, and some inlfuence of wind/horn instruments. This music is never really obtrusive, and provides a pleasant alternative to silence (to those who value silence), or perhaps as an aid to blocking out other distracting sounds around you. Good for chi work; or simply as a backround wash while working on other projects."
Great for relaxation.

"As a Tai Chi student, I find this CD to be wonderful even though it's intended for the Chi Gong exerciser. It helps me to relax and meditate. There is only one track on the CD and it's almost 46 minutes long. You just can't jump from one song to the next but that's OK because once you start listening to this music you won't want to stop. The soothing melody relaxes you much like a Mozart or Brahms arrangement."

"This music (1 track of 45 mn) has been especially written for Chan One Finger Qi Gong from Shaolin Temple. But is also wonderful music for any type of qi gong. I do not use it for meditation as there are some more dynamic parts in it, but I like it for standing exercices."

"Very soothing, relaxing music. I listen to it when I'm tired and want to relax or for my massage sessions. It's just beautiful music."
