"The Shaw Brothers are among the most beautiful voices I've ever heard. They hail from southern New Hampshire, and they still give concerts around Merrimack, Nashua, and vicinity.Their repertoire is a great mixture of folk classics and original works, much of it centered on New Hampshire history and culture. If you're a real New Englander, you can't help being moved by these guys--I don't understand why they aren't world famous.This CD is the only collection of Shaw Brothers' work available today. Their earlier releases, like ``Floating Down the Merrimack'', are no longer made. Some wonderful songs are missing, but everything on this CD is excellent."
