Can Christian Punk really be classified as real music?

"I got this album with not really great expectations, because there's not too many tight Christian punk bands. When secular bands even hear the word "Christian" in punk they laugh. But this is a change. Sick of Change packs some awesome riffs accomponied by great vocals, bass, and percussion. To me, it sounds like a mix between A.F.I. and Strung Out, which blends two awesome bands together into one, amazing sound. The writing is great too, which adds for more. Even though a lot will dissagree because it's Christian music, I think this is one of the better punk bands out there."
I found the best band on Bettie Rocket.

"Sick of Change is the best band on Bettie Rocket Records, by far. And probably the only group I will listen to from the otherwise weak record label. The young band rips and tears through a 12 song CD that provides some of the most technical new school punk rock I have heard. They are an incredibly talented band. The guitars are searing(not to mention extremely tough to play), drums are ever-quick/loud, the bass segments are tight and well played, and the vocals are very similar to a Slick Shoes/Get Up Kids mix. I realize fans of this type of music may call them a Slick Shoes rip-off. However, is it fair to call this band just another Slick Shoes rip-off when they are just as good if not better in most cases than Slick Shoes? Not in my book. As much as I do like this CD there is one fault, many of the songs sound a bit too much like each other. Which is understandable, and happens frequently in the Punk genre of music. Do not however, let that one small flaw keep you from getting this awesome new school speed punk album. Definately a worthy pick-up. Killer tracks are- "Torn In Two," "Taken for Granted," "Life Stands Still," "Weakness," and "Senseless Guilt.""

"I was on vacation and was fliping channels when Soc's Torn in Two came on a show called G-rock. When I came home the first thing I did was check out this Cd on Amazon. I ordered it and it blasted up my Favorite Cd's. This Cd is so awesome I donno where to start. Torn in two, Taken or granted and Life goes on are my favorite tracks but they all rock. Any fan of punk should get this Cd and worship it."
