"These recordings of the cosmopolitian art nouveau "decadent" composer Karg-Elert are remarkable for being realized on the quintessential art nouveau instrument--the harmonium d'art.



Michel has recorded 5 volumes in the set: Volume 1 is the best: really fantastic; Vol. 2 is great but the sound is not as clear. Vols. 3-5 are quite excellent.



This is really rare stuff.
