"This is a bundle of Real to Real Cacophony and Real Life. Both very good albums. If you are new to Simple Minds or you are just not the best fan of theirs, CD2 containing "Real Life" might be you first pic. It has songs that are so great they put a great number of the songs in their "Best Of" collection. Songs like: Real Life, See The Lights, Let There Be Love and Stand By Love. Strangely, really serious fans can sometimes say "Real Life" was one of their worst albums; for others it stood out enough to put 4 (four) songs of it in the "Best Of" collection. I personally think both albums are extremely good.

To those serious fans, or those people who prefer their early sound, all I can say is: WOW. Real To Real Cacophony is without a doubt one of their best early albums and I CAN understand why they didn't put any of the songs in the "Best Of" collection, people who have heard the pop/rock Simple Minds are just not ready to hear the sound of Real To Real Cacophony.

If you are a poetry writter or an artist (sculpting/painting) you might really like what's in Real To Real Cacophony. Some people have compared this music to horror sounding movie tracks or so. Me, I think the music is everything but horrifying or spooky. It actually makes me feel at peace. I believe there is a God, as I listen sometimes I feel so relaxed that I feel closer to him. Of course every person in an individual.

To conclude I have both albums, but I might get this too for collection purposes, the pictures on the inserts are probably previously unreleased material."
