Beyond Tradition is an attempt to honor the drum and its ability to invoke a deep sense of well being, as we surround its grace with other instruments, both old and new, from around the world. In blending musical genres and age old traditions with more contemporary styles of music, we have created a sound that echoes peace, communication, connection, healing and evolution. Through the filter of our group mind, a body of work was born as if channeled to us from an ancient time - a message for for our world today. This process was deeply rewarding.
