This first album, SPEAK FOR YOU, by SkinnerRat is a combination of Hard Rock with Metal glaze and cerebral "dark" lyrics. It is the creation of Dr. Gary D. Telgenhoff a real-life forensic pathologist in Las Vegas, Nevada. The second track and featured song SPEAK FOR YOU was used on the CBS hit drama CSI. The song and Dr.T were written into the script of episode #121, Evaluation Day. The song and the album are a testimonial to his work in the autopsy suite with some politics and social commentary thrown in. Renowned guitarist, writer, producer and vocalist, formerly of ALICE COOPER and LOU REED recently described the first album as " . . . Rob Zombie gets an Autopsy." He described the lyrics as "heavy" and "dark." a real compliment coming from one who wrote most of COOPERs hits. Telgenhoff's writing on the album is heavily influenced by bands such as BLUE OYSTER CULT, PINK FLOYD, ALAN PARSONS, JETHRO TULL and DON HENELY. THIS AIN'T NO DANCE MUSIC. INTE! LL!
