This CD has great sound all around. It kind of sounds like if Alesana and Mayday Parade had a baby that's how it sounds. AMAZING. It has a lot of light music and a lot of heavy guitar. The screaming makes the world seem better and the singing is that of an angel.

"this is like the first fashioncore pop-screamo album i've ever liked. i didn't even like these guys' ep of last year at all. this album is like the follow-up Finch should have made to their 2002 debut What It Is To Burn. what makes these guys so much better than all their black hair dyed peers; the drummer does a lot of fills, the vocals have a lot of great double tracked harmonies, the overproduction actually seems to work in favor of the dual guitar arrangements, and there's a keyboardist in there somewhere. the metalcore breakdowns add some diversity but also make the band seem more cliched and the screamy vocals typically smack of effort but the songs progress fast enough for it to not be too much of a detraction."

"I really liked this album; I first found their EP and I liked it, so I thought I'd get the new one. There is good variety on this album, I think. Screamo/hardcore has never been so good. The new vocalist is very talented."
