One of the most unique Bluesmen ever!!

"Snooks Eaglin is a treasure and this CD is one of his best, along with the LIVE IN JAPAN cd. These two cds and TEASIN' YOU all have the same wonderful bassist, the wonder Goerge Porter Jr. who anchored the Meters for years and has a groove like no other man alive. I recommend this record wholeheartedly. I fell in love with the slow blues instrumental "You and Me" when I heard it on a compilation and I am now a huge devotee of Snooks' music. If you love Blues with character and don't necessarily need it loud and screaming then you may appreciate the deep and subtle stuff on this. If you love New Orleans grooves then this is also for you. Ok, I'm gushing, so I'll stop now...Buy it."
