"This CD contains two 30 minute cuts: Pastoral Countryside and Songbirds of Spring. The first includes the sounds of farm animals, so if you hate chickens, beware. The second is basically songbirds at their most vocal -- maybe too raucous if you are trying to go to sleep or are trying to relieve a lot of stress, but is very good if you miss the sound of birds. Even though this is ADD (analog recording), there is no trace of tape hiss."

"I actually heard a recording of a cow mooing on an answering machine used by a farm equipment business so much that I wrote to them and asked if they sold the recording at their store....They referred me to this CD, which I am going to use for my own message machine at home...I believe my 6 year old daughter will also enjoy listening to all of the animals as part of her bedtime "calm down" routine....Very relaxing and "country-fied"
