"Their sound is one of the best examples of Nineties indie alt-rock, and, especially for those that were twenty-somethings around '92, this is fun. "Somebody to Shove" is a gem, or at least fool's gold. "Black Gold" and "Runaway Train" offer charmingly puerile entertainment. The others have great melodies and hackneyed lyrics that ensure them nice pyrite thrones in celebration of their irrefutable pop-corn status. And there's nothing wrong with that."
