Lots of babbling from the brook, and frequent bird songs. It makes you feel like you're right there in the woods next to them.

"I've had this for 13 years and it's my absolute favorite CD. It has the gentle sounds of a babbling brook with birds singing. Very relaxing and authentic with no distracting music. When I am stressed it melts the tension away almost immediately. It transforms the whole atmosphere of my house from the middle of the suburbs into a country home on the edge of a stream. When friends stop over while its playing they are always pleasantly surprised and make comments on how much they like it."

Terrific to just kick up your heals and shut your eyes to.
