"The first CD in this pack contians a number of alternate versions of songs from One Eyed Jacks and World Service, plus Albion from SOD's Law. Most of the versions differ only in small aspects, an added piano line or guitar, but the difference is noticeable to fans. On Rocketship, the 3rd verse is missing, but there is a great transision from the 2nd verse to the 4th. Young Men has different lyrics, and the alternate version of Mickey is certainy not to be missed. Don't Turn Away (the best song) and Somewhere in the East are hard to find on cd, and Albion is hard to find too, so this disc is a pretty good buy. The second disc features the best live show recorded. The set is full throttle and the crowd is loud. Kirk talks alot between songs, which is a nice change from some of the other live recordings. The highlights of the disc are souped up versions of Grapes of Wrath, and Incinerator, which sound distinctively different from the original versions. Playground of the Rich is another great track, and Kirk improvises a verse. It sounds better than the original. These Days are Gone also sounds good live with with a harder sound. SOD's great live sound never really made the transision to the albums, so this is a great chance to catch it."
