"Darlington: They started out going by the name "Mess" and released an album entitled "Pretty Ugly", Then as "Darlington" they released "Girtroversy" followed by the best of package "Mess you up" and a live CD on Mutant Pop records (as well as various seven inches and comp. tracks). The early to mid '90s saw a resurgence of Ramones influenced poppy punk rock. The Undisputed leaders of this new wave were Screeching Weasel, The Queers, Parasites and Mr. T Experience. I can honestly say without hesitation that Darlington belong in that list. Huntingtons: If you ever loved the Ramones but you don't like the Huntingtons, its for reason that have nothing to do with the music. I urge you to do yourself a favor and listen to this band without dwelling on thier personal beliefs, just appreciate the songs as songs. If you can do this theres no way you won't love their music."
