"This is one of at least two "best of Stacey Kent" CDs the Candid label has issued in recent years (the other one was called "Stacey Kent Collections"), and it's a fine example of her distinctive jazz voice. "Shall We Dance?" contains excerpts from half a dozen or so of her Candid CDs. If you've only heard her occasionally on the radio, this would be a good addition to your collection. On the other hand, if you're expecting some new songs for your relative complete collection of Miss Kent, this will probably be full of duplicates. Nevertheless, this CD makes for good listening, and Stacey's husband, Jim Tomlinson, provides some great tenor sax work on nearly all of the 15 songs."
