"These guys are growing at such a speed in Britain that this debut release is made from demos that they made for their record company. This was recorded a whole summer in advance of the album recording!Any of the songs on this single could have been the 'A' side. All are beautiful heartfelt songs that, with tender but powerful lead vocals rip apart even the hardest of souls.This band blew me away like no other before (and I've seen a lot) when I saw them live. They are probably even better live than on record and that incredible voice cannot be underestimated or under praised by myself. They are the saviours of British guitar rock with a back-to-basics sound of guitar, bass, drums and simple keyboards. If you like Travis, Coldplay, Radiohead, etc. - Forget them and BUY THIS!"
