"I'm sure I've heard all the songs on this album so there's no point in critiquing them.
However, I will say the packaging is pretty sorry. TWO typos on the front cover? And that's if you look the other way at the horrid tagline on top- "incl-top hit Born to be Wild"
Whoever's looking over Steppenwolf's catalog is doing a crap job."
Trash. If you want a greatest hits compilation, go somewhere

"OK, the first clue that this was some cheap ripoff of Steppenwolf was just reading the track listings. "Jupitero Child." Oh, I bet they meant "Jupiter's Child."
If you want an overview of Steppenwolf's greatest hits, I'd recommend "All-Time Greatest Hits" or "Steppenwolf Gold." I don't buy the compilations because I've got all the CDs.
Speaking of which, if you're stuck with one of the first-generation, 1980s-era CDs, the BGO two-fers are remastered and are an excellent value. They're kind of mixed up -- Early Steppenwolf and For Ladies Only, for instance -- rather than being released in sets that cover the releases in chronological order. Still, the audio quality is far superior to what's out there now, except for the songs remastered for the greatest hits compilations.
Anyway, pass on this tripe."
