Steppenwolf - just no softies ?!
Benjamin Kovacs | Here & There | 05/12/2001
(4 out of 5 stars)
"The fact that I was born 35 years too late for Rock 'n' Roll makes it kinda special for me to have seen Steppenwolf on stage. They were rockin' in Wichita Falls, TX in September 2000. They just rule playing all the songs they're known for, "Born to be Wild", "Magic Carpet Ride"... You find all that good stuff on disc 1 of "Silver", but disc 2 really disappointed me. Steppenwolf are just no softies, most of their ballads are no good."
