Synopsis

Product Description
""Real Life Story"" showcases renowned dancehall reggae artist Stitchie (aka Lieutenant Stitchie/Lt. Stitchie) on 17 tracks recorded live in the studio, authentic reggae music masterfully produced, arranged, mixed and mastered involving Multi-Grammy nominated and winning producers and engineers. Stitchies ""Real Life Story"" is just that - Stitchie was the first dancehall reggae artist to be signed to Atlantic Records, paving the way for other successful multi-platinum and gold selling reggae acts such as Sean Paul. During the fulfillment of his multi-album contract with Atlantic, Stitchie hit the Billboard Top 20 Rap Chart on several occasions; the most recent singles being Mr. Lover and Ego Trippin. ""Real Life Story"" is an album with the powerful gripping delivery of vocals, lyrics, styles, music and melodies. Stitchie has received a total of eighteen major reggae awards from his last two projects, but ""Real Life Story"" represents Stitchies best work to date.

Stitchie's Best Album
Marlon Burrell | South Florida USA | 01/20/2008
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Stitchie has recorded some excellent albums during his career both secular and gospel. "Real Life Story" is his best yet. This album is unique in that it a dancehall album with live instruments. Musicians include Stitchie's band and The Firehouse Crew. Engineers include Barry O'Hare and Bobby "Digital" Dixon, two of the best in the business. The result is the undiluted gospel in the form of undiluted reggae. On this album Stitchie focuses on the "Governor" style that dance hall fans knew him for before his Christian conversion. The fast talking humor is still there with biblical themes. Highlights include: "Real Life Story, "Lord Almighty", "In Di Dance hall," "Get Up Stand Up," "Big Red Hat," & "Wretched Life." This album contains less singing than it's predecessor "Kingdom Ambassador" and more toasting. Like "Kingdom Ambassador" this album contains A1 production and packaging. A can't miss album."
