"This album is a definite must for any fan of blues-based rock. In an era of sampling, studio tricks, and rip-offs, this band's mixture of well written songs and super musicianship put them in a category left for a select few. With the hard driven guitar playing of singer Brad Wilson, and the rhythm section of J.J. Garcia on the skins and Brian James on the bass guitar, Stone electrifys you from the very start. This power trio effectively mixes their original songs with a few cover tunes stamped with Stone's originality. "never again" is a tune that stands out for me personally. The song has a catchy hook to go along with the twin guitar attack of Wilson and guest musician (former lion guitarist) Doug Aldrich. Aldrich also doubled as engineer on the album. For your money, this up and coming band from L.A. is definitely worth your while. If you can, try to catch the band live. I caught a couple of their shows in California and they were amazing! Look em up, they rock!"
