Interesting compilation

"of the little known San Francisco soul lable, Loadstone, which ranges from from 1964-1976. Some tuneful soul tunes, some not so good. I particularly like "Fading Day" by the Chandeliers and , and "A Funky Driver On A Funky bus" by Charles Leonard, which I guess is a semi-biographical song about W C Stone, the owner of the label, who drove a bus by day in the streets of San Francisco. The disco-ish tunes I can live without."
