"I came across Styrofoam by accident when I became of a fan of Death Cab by Cutie. I became an immediate fan with his work. I would describe his music as quirky yet melodic electronica with a touch of shoe gazing. His previous work Nothing's Lost was a great supplement to the Postal Service album. Nothing Lost had numerous guest vocalists and had some tracks that were bit a progressive. less polished and restrained. This album has hooks and melodies that would make for a thousand of the Nothing's lost album. Arne Van Petegem aka Styrofoam also finds the confidence to sing more abundantly across most of the tracks. All tracks are extremely accessible but are certainly more cerebral in structure than the factory churned hits. It's a pity that this album has not gained the success it deserves in the States as it is perhaps one of the most satisfying releases I have come across being a fan of electronica, Shoegazing and rock."
