"Too bad this appears to be out of print-- it's definitely worth finding. The last and IMO, best, collaboration she made
with Alan Broadbent. Nicely poised between jazz and 'jazz pop,' this album really shows her great vocal range, and real feel for lyrics, and the small ensemble of musicians is
tremendous. Fine high voice & able to bop/scat when needed, but not overdone. Maybe my favorite versions of "Mood Indigo" & "These Foolish Things," which is saying something. Her Broadbent collab. Mancini album, DREAMSVILLE, is also great, as is the recent AUTUMN IN THE AIR & others. But here are great songs, great singing. Worth trying to find I think."
