"Fantastic singer & here some rare stuff too & superb renditions of

unusual material like Bob Dorough's "5 Definitions of Love" as well

as more typical standards. True done live for armed services

broadcast so arrangements maybe not quite as involved or expansive

as some of her studio albums, & sound not completely perfect (though

very good remastering). Hard to get most of her '60's material-- this

and Vol. 1(BREATHLESS) very good as 'compilations." One of the

great post-World War II LA jazz singers-- honest!!!"
