One of THE originals

"I am only writing this review to disagree with another reviewer for this album who stated that he/she didn't hear much originality in Sunnyland's playing. Actually, Sunnyland Slim was one of THE originals in this style and had an incredibly long career playing it since the 1920's. He is considered one of the quintessential Chicago blues piano players.
My suggestion is that you read about this amazing player, who was an integral part of blues history, while you listen to this CD. It has some of his best early recorded work."
