"After hearing all 5 albums from the young Japanese band i find it amazing that they have come such along way in such a short time . "Jump Up" is their second release after "Three Out Change" - another "must have" album. The feel of the whole album id wonderfully refreshing in its poppy way but underneath there is some serious playing going on. Although it would be wrong to classify them in the same mould as a band like Sonic Youth, the precision of their playing and the depths of their abilty to write and play certainly bring to mind the fact that here we will certainly have the one of the all time great bands of the future . If you dont believe that, then listen to their latest offering , the very inventive, effortlessly played music om Futurama. the whole album makes you smile with happiness, and although i cant understand a word of Japanese, the sentiment still comes across strong, and the music grows and grows on you, like all the best music, there is something new in each playing and I marvel that they have mastered this at such an early stage of their development. In 5 years time, this band will be known around the world, possibly the best band ever to come out of Japan."
