"Unlike some Asian singers that phonetically sing in English or do so as a second language so it's more exotica (at best) or kitschy (at worst), Susan Wong clearly sings in English as well as a native speaker/singer (or maybe even better - great ennunciation!).



That's important because she understands & offers a great interpretation on standards and old pop favorites ... backed by excellent jazz musicians, she covers the range from pop to jazz to cabaret - Her voice is absolutely exquistic and breath-taking on ballads and jazz ballads ... less so on more uptempo tracks but still excellent.



She sounds like she's musical theater trained and perhaps even with a better voice and range than Diane Krall (sounds similiar).



A great artist who hopefully will get a US label."

"I bought this CD a year ago...When I paid for that I felt too expensive...I bought her 2 Albums.My wife got angry when the first time I bought.Then,I placed in my CD Changer..But After I heard that I love that..I never miss her album when I moved to other car... What a CD.. And My wife loves too..

So romantic... So easy... So nice..."
