CD ReviewsEverything Changes CD is GREAT! Lina | 05/29/2004 (5 out of 5 stars) "I first bought this CD 10 years ago and I fell madly in love with it. I just wanted to say that this is the best CD you'd ever find if you like pop music. All five boys are very talented, some are more talented singing, some playing musical instruments or both and some breakdancing (yeah, baby!). The thing that amazes me more than anything is that Gary Barlow wrote 90% of the songs (lyrics AND music); other guys helped writing too sometimes and even helped choreograph some of the videos which are by the way fantastic, they will blow you away especially "It Only Take A Minute". Give this CD a chance, it could become one of your favorites!" Timeless Pop Music Lina | Singapore, Singapore | 04/06/2006 (5 out of 5 stars) "The fact that Gary Barlow wrote most of their songs and music for Take That clearly shows where the talent lies in Take That. The rest of the boys (yes, Robbie included) just never stood out. Nevertheless, they made a beautiful quintet - and yes, I admit, the fact that all of them looked pretty good helped heaps. But hey, that is music. Anyone who denies the whole package doesn't play a part and that "it's only the music" is a downright liar.
I got this album over twelve years ago and it still sounds relevant when I listen to it today. Some standouts are "Wasting My Time", "If This Is Love" and the tear-jerker "Love Ain't Here Anymore". Get this album. This is timeless pop music." |
