"While visiting Canada last month, I was immediately taken in by the single, "The Stuff That Matters," and was fortunate enough to find the CD in a store in London, Ontario. This may be the best debut CD that I have ever heard. It has a great blend of slow and uptempo songs with a variety of sounds (as 7 producers shared in the credit). I sincerly hope that USA radio realizes what it is missing so that Tara Lyn's fans in the States can enjoy the entire listening experience."

"Besides being the same age as myself, and even more beautiful than Shania and Faith Hill! Tara Lyn is country to the bone, with seeing the video for Stuff that Matters back in October when it first debuted on CMT, I knew that country had someone special. Tara Lyn brings something back to the country table that has been missing for the past couple of years, not in the form of watered down pop country Nashville has been pushing out lately, but a true song that has elements that have been missing for a long time. This is an artist that needs to be on the air and given more credit than she has received. I guess U.S. radio stations don't know what they are missing out on, but that's the way it has come to be today. I do think that Tara Lyn is one of the great newcomers and that as time goes on she will showcase talent that few only dream of. This is the future and let me start by say that the future looks mighty bright with this young singer in country music in the future. I look forward to the album and to more from the beautiful Tara Lyn Hurt...."
