"Thats all i can say is DOPe. Tech shines again on this album. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a Mixtape, meaning that there are a lot of features and its dosent have the same feel as a Tech n9ne solo album(thus the name). But with tracks like Sickology 101, Rednose, MWC2 and Let Me In you get to see all of the musical sides of tech on this album, and like always comes clean on every track. Overall the most diverse album to date from Tech and from Strange Music. I would recomend it for anyone new to Tech becasue if gives a full range of his musical styles and to anyone that has been a long time fan or collector....overall 8 out of 10 album"
Awesome CD

"I have been listening to Tech N9ne for about 3 1/2 years now, and I think this is by far his best Album yet! If you have never heard of Tech N9ne, or if you listened to his other albums and did not like them that much but contemplating buying this album.. DO IT! This album is definantly his most original work yet, its completely differant from his other albums. Yes, this is a collaboration album just like Misery Loves Kompany, but this is alot better. The artists who appear on this album are better than before, the beats are better, the flow is better, the style is better etc.. so, buy this album!"
Another incredible album by Tech N9NE!!!!!

"Tech N9ne keeps getting better and better. Sickology 101 is another tight album with typical Tech N9ne flavor. Nothing on this album disappoints. However, the obvious stand out track is Midwest Choppers 2...BANGIN! Tech flows with the best of em' and he is by far the most underrated rapper out their. I was skeptical at first since Killer was a little softer than Everready and Absolute Power but Tech delivers! Great album that rivals Absolute Power and Everready! Absolutely worth picking up."
Tech N9ne is the best there is right now!

"Tech N9ne is the most underrated hip/hop artist of all time. His music is the last bit of hope we have for genuine rap. All of his previous albums have been nearly perfect. Sickology however, is not as well thought out as his previous work. With killer being a double disk album (32 tracks) and now Tech set to release two albums in 2009, it seems like Tech is sacrificing quality for quantity. But if you look at it, killer didn't suffer, and sickology only suffered small amounts.
The album starts off hard right away with the title track "Sickology 101". This is an amazing start to this album featuring Crooked I and Chino XL. Everyone is perfect on this track, with Chino XL having the most memorable verse. Next the album moves into another hard hitting fast paced track, the sequal to the single on the first "collabos" album, Midwest Choppers. This song features K-Dean and Krazie Bone which ends up with great results, although it doesn't quite measure up to the orignal.
Now were on track 3 where the album takes a huge hit...3 times! The next threee tracks "Ghetto Love", "Poh Me Anotha", and "We Kixin' It" are all boring tracks with tired themes and terrible features. However "Ghetto Love" does have very nice verses, the annoying hook and beat just ruin the track.
Tracks 6 and 7 "Nothin'" and "Let Me In" are huge comeback from the three previous. We finally get some better features with Messy Marv and Big Scoob which bring the album back full force. And it only gets better with "In the Air" and "Blown Away", which are both absolutly amazing.
Track 10 "Party and Bulls***" is nothing special, it has a used up theme and very weak features. But it doesn't matter because "Sorry N' S***" and "Dysfunctional" bring the momentum back.
Now we are at track 14 and this is where the album is flawless. "Far Away" blew my mind when I heard it. "Creepin'" is catchy and very funny. "Red Nose" is tech at his best. And "Areola" is the best track on the album and a perfect finale.
Overall this album has 16 songs with only 4 that are not up to par. This is unusual for Tech N9ne because he usually only has 1 or 2 that are not good. But lets be honest here...where else are you going to buy an album and have 12 amazing tracks?
Tech N9ne is the leader of underground hip/hop for a reason - he makes amazing music. Do your ears a favor and buy this along with all of Tech N9ne's albums. You'll be glad you did."
