Timeless classic that marked a grand transition out of the 1

"Is it just me or is 1989's "Pump Up The Jam" among the most innovative dance records that I've ever heard even listening it today. The title track is universally popular even today and it's clear why! It is just an incredible and powerful jam for the dance floor. Other songs are the spunky "Come On" as well as the similar track "Rockin To The Beat". Get this CD today!"
Great album

"This CD is perhaps old but it's still great to listen today. It's one of the classics of eurodance and no one will change it. I really enjoyed every track on this album : if you like one track, you will like all of them because they are similar. My favourites are PUMP UP THE JAM, GET UP [BEFORE THE NIGHT IS OVER], TOUGH, COME ON, THIS BEAT IS TECHNOTRONIC, ROCKIN' OVER THE BEAT and MOVE THIS. The best of these tracks is THIS BEAT IS TECHNOTRONIC : a great "classic techno" track that will make you dance, the band did an amazing job with this track, I love it. But I also listen to the others. A good purchase that you won't regret if you listened and like one track from that album."
One of the Best Dance Albums Ever

"This one is a classic. Anyone who likes awesome basslines or dance music in general should have this CD. Every single song on it is great. Another plus is that it is relatively clean.
Amazon should change the album cover they are displaying, however. The one they show is the original release but the one you will actually receive has a pink and purple cover with Ya Kid K on the front. It is the rereleased 1992 version."
Still great after all these years

"I can still remember the summer of 1990, when idiot kids, including our little gang consisting of 13-year-old guys, hanging around Lake Balaton (the "sea of Hungary") and "serious adults" alike were dancing to the hits of this album like maniacs and did anything to make the DJ play "Pump Up The Jam", "Get Up", "Move This" or "Rockin' Over The Beat" once again. We preached to the choir though, cause the DJs loved this album just as much as we did.
And then - bang! - today, I stumbled upon this album again. I haven't listened to Technotronic for 18 years, not counting the occasional "Jam" or "Get Up" in discos. I wondered whether I would still like the album or put it back on the shelf as a precious piece of nostalgia. Even though it brought back a lot of memories, to my surprise and set aside the memories, it has aged well. The music is still fresh and is perfect for any activity (dancing, running, treadmill, cleaning, etc.).
All in all, Technotronic is still great after all these years and this album should be on the shelf of everyone with a little love for real and good dance music."
