"The "Film Hits" first half of this album contains some the best and most musical of the great film themes - given the inimitable Heath touch, which manages to improve them even further. "Moonglow" is simply superb, and most of the rest are only slightly behind, though I find "Colonel Bogey" a bit too jumpy for my liking.
Section 2 produces the surprise, when one learns just how many one-time hit-parade toppers came from the likes of Chopin, Tchaikovsky, etc! Even Perry Como's "Hot Diggety".
The whole album is just as classy as ever, as one always expects from just about any product of the inimitable, incredible Heath band! (As you may gather, I am a dedicated Heath fan - I have 68 CDs by him alone, and am still getting more!)"
