Great little band

"Exquisite example of small group swing played with the delicate touch that Teddy Wilson employed on all his sessions. With the front line of Emmett Barry on trumpet, Benny Morton on trombone, and Edmond Hall on clarinet the ensemble and solo sections are masterworks in miniature. All of the tunes are in the three minute range. These transcriptions from 1944 are beautifully remastered and the sound is wonderful. Over an hour of outstanding music that has easily withstood the test of time. This is one to cherish."
