Sue Malcolm and Dan Smith are The Buddy System! If you are a kid this CD is for you. If you are a parent or a teacher it's for you too. The Buddy System songs were created to help kids think, learn and remember some very important ideas. We think these ideas will help kids (ages 5 to 10)learn to be better friends, solve problems peacefully and feel good about themselves. These areas include identifying and communicating feelings; developing empathy for others; solving problems using a step-by-step method; anger management, bully-proofing, personal safety and self-esteem. It's all delivered in fun musical styles with lots of singable choruses, from folk and blues to cajun and rockabilly. The full lyrics are included.
