"The Cats are (or where) a band from the Dutch city of Volendam. If you like songs with clean guitar sounds and strong melodies this is a good cd to buy. The song Rock n' Roll is about the life of a band on the road and the emotional rollercoaster it can be.

Also their biggest hit "one way wind" is worth listening to.

They have a very unique style which in their native Holland is being called Paling sound, this because Volendam has a long tradition in fishing. (Not really sure what that has to do with music but hey, I just give you the facts)."
