The title song "Stand Up In It" is one of those foot-tappin', hand clappin', smile-the-while, sing-along-with-it bluesy-soulful R&B story songs we used to listen to back in the day. A nice big sounding horn section, smooth blues guitar, great original lyrics, and one cool dude singing make this album really, really special.
