"I pruchased this CD in Mar. '05, after hearing his CD "Coyote's Dream". Tim's voice, guitar, and unique style really bring these tunes, and the story they are about, to life - and into your being. Wow. Excellent job! From "Mariano", about a worker from out of the country, to Mabel Joy (I'd heard Kenny Rogers do this years ago; I love this tune even more, now), Rev. Mr. Black, (I felt like the Rev.'s son, the way Tim does this) , and all of the songs, Tim gives these songs a definition I have never heard before. This is VERY worth listening to, and KEEPING. I have all of his disks to date, I believe, and they are all excellent - I believe Mr. Grimm will be the new and enduring cut of American folk music."
