Last year, his unique and refreshing salt of the earth vocal style caught the attention of Rural Rhythm Records who singed Tommy Webb to their growing roster of Bluegrass & Acoustic Country artists. Heartland is Tommy Webb s third album release and debut album on Rural Rhythm Records. Produced by Ron Stewart, (who is also known for his numerous IBMA nominations and awards and band membership with J.D. Crowe & The New South and currently with Dan Tyminski), has once again found the right vehicel for Tommy s songwriting, song selection and vocals to shine and take his muisc to the next level.

Tommy Webb is one of those rare Down to Earth, No Sugar Coating talents that comes along once in a grand while that grabs you and makes you listen...This is the third CD of Tommy's that I have been a part of, and from that first time I hit the record button and heard him sing, I knew that I, along with the rest of the bluegrass and acoustic music world, would be hearing a lot more from this guy, and hopefully I would be involved! Both these songs have been re-mixed and re-mastered and appear as bonus tracks, joining the other 12 new songs on Heartland .

Teardrop Inn , the first single from Heartland , is a love story tragicly gone wrong, filled with all the familiar cheating on the other side of town elements with lyrics that speak to the hurtful emotion and firey passion of a woman scorned...The harmonies are trurly haunting and captures the direct and raw emotion of the woman s last words to her gentleman lover who s done her wrong.
