CD ReviewsCLASSIC TONY MARTIN!!!!! T. VARSIK | NEW YORK, N.Y. United States | 12/05/2005 (5 out of 5 stars) "If you like the Black Sabbath albums with Tony Martin on vocals, you'll love this album. The man has really never made a bad album to date(i have them all). From his stuff with The Cage,Empires,Misha Calvin, just to name a few,he is consistant in his powerful vocals, plus he also plays the guitar, and on this new album,he plays the electric violin on the title track that's just out of this world!Tony Iommi should of never let him go from Sabbath, but it better for us fans because Tony Martin is great as a solo artist also. There's only one ballad on the whole album "Wherever you go",everything else just rocks hard!Definitely worth the price here,i purchased this cd in advance and now see they have an import with an extra bonus track on it(now i have to get that). You can't go wrong with this cd,even if you aren't familiar with his work, this album is pure rock and sure to please!" Not quite as good as I was hoping for Sandman | Canada | 08/27/2008 (3 out of 5 stars) "I liked Tony Martin in Sabbath, in fact Headless Cross and Cross Purposes are some of my favorite Black Sabbath cd's. However this release doesn't really follow that path and for me that is somewhat of a disappointment. The songs are pretty good, but their just missing something overall. I don't now, maybe they sound to happy? Tony's a great singer and a fantastic lyricist, but this release is just average in my books especially because I know he can do so much more! I'd rate it as average, really nothing to write home about her unfortunately." AWESOME!!! R. J. KARDYS | UPSTATE NY | 02/26/2007 (5 out of 5 stars) "If your a fan of Tony Martin from his Black Sabbath days you'll really enjoy his solo cd SCREAM. His singing is just awesome on every song. I was really impressed that he also plays the drums, bass and even the violin on the cd. He sure has talent. Great guitar playing from his son Joe Harford. Geoff Nicholls on keyboards does a fantastic job. The song Raising Hell has the late great Cozy Powells on drums and is just great.Buy this cd today! You'll be amazed on such a GREAT cd that this is. Tony you ROCK!!!"
