If you are already a Tony Spinner fan....go ahead ! buy this incredible and powerful bluesy-rocky album ! If you haven't heard about Tony, then it is time !...buy it ! and I can bet you won't be dissapointed. I remeber the first time I saw and heard Tony, it was watching years ago some vids in youtube about TOTO's latest concerts...he was a touring member of the band, as a second guitar and backing vocals. In several ocassions, Steve Lukater and David Paitch granted him the performance of TOTO'S The Seventh One hit: "Can't stop loving you" (originaly sang by Joseph Williams) as the lead singer, and I found myself very surprised. I just start digging about him. This was just the tip of the Iceberg !!! Although Spinner was a touring member of TOTO since 1999, this blues man was already in the road, having released some solo studio albums and touring with own band through over the world. The guy is simply a kick ass singer and kick ass guitar player, and a kick ass composer ! This album blends the best things of two awsome worlds: Blues and Rock ! Most of the tracks are from Tony's, there are two cool covers. This album (as any Tony former material) can be played while you are alone, or having a terrific time with your friends while defroking the great scheme of things with a few beers, or while you are driving...ore even when you are having a bounding moment with your chick. It is an album that you can play it 5 or 10 years from now in the future and still feeling the spirit of blues ! Trust me....and get Tony's former work. Hope this review will be helpful ! Keep rockin' and tumblin !! " |
